What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Human Resources Expert, Mandarin Chinese (mainland China) - AI Training contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent)
Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese
Degree from a top-20 university in mainland China
Knowledge of the PRC Labor Contract Law, the social insurance and housing fund system, and Chinese payroll practice

Compensation

Pay is $60/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
