Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Insurance Expert contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Design realistic insurance scenarios and tasks involving underwriting, claims, policy interpretation, coverage, actuarial pricing/reserving, or regulatory reviews.
Review AI-generated insurance outputs for accuracy, professional judgment, and regulatory/standards compliance.
Create structured examples reflecting how insurance professionals reason through problems.
Provide clear written feedback that improves AI performance on insurance tasks.
Collaborate asynchronously with the research team.

Compensation

Pay range is $90–$110/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
