Gridnaut Recruiting is seeking skilled evaluators to support an essential evaluation workflow in partnership with a leading AI research lab. The position focuses on enhancing model performance in legal domains by assessing AI-generated legal research reports covering analysis, regulatory updates, case law, and emerging legal trends.

Who We're Hiring:

Candidates should possess experience or academic/professional backgrounds in law, legal research, compliance, or related fields. Ideal applicants have:

• Legal analysis, practice, compliance, or academic research experience
• Familiarity with case law, statutes, regulatory frameworks, and legal terminology
• Ability to critically evaluate legal argument structure, reasoning, and accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the quality, accuracy, and relevance of agent-generated legal research reports
• Assess legal reasoning, factual accuracy, and applicability of cited laws or precedents
• Provide structured feedback using a provided rubric with written justifications
• Ensure reports demonstrate clarity, legal soundness, and rubric adherence

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Background in law, legal research, litigation support, compliance, or policy analysis
• Strong analytical skills to assess legal arguments, factual application, and the relevance of cited authorities
• Excellent written communication skills to provide precise, cogent, and actionable feedback

Type: Part-time, 15-30 hours/week

Location: Remote (US-based)

Compensation: $80-$100/hour (based on expertise)
