Who we're looking for

5+ years professional software engineering experience
Led or owned large-scale production migrations
Migration work in fintech, insurance, healthcare, or telecom
Deep experience with legacy-to-modern tech stacks
Senior, Staff, or Principal engineer titles

Compensation

Pay is $200/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
