What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Legal Expert — Civil Litigator (Deposition Transcript Review) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Read a rough deposition transcript of roughly 250 pages in full
Write gold answers to about 100 questions about the record, citing support by page and line
Complete eight short litigation tasks drawn from the same transcript
Prepare all gold answers without AI assistance, and note anywhere an AI tool was used only for navigating the transcript
Own every answer end to end: one litigator is responsible for the full set, so judgment stays consistent across all questions and tasks

Compensation

Pay range is $120–$140/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
