What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Legal Expert — Compliance / Regulatory contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Design realistic regulatory scenarios drawn from your practice (AML/SAR preparation, OFAC screening, FCPA assessments, FDA submissions, HIPAA reviews, environmental permitting, administrative hearings
Write "golden" reference responses at attorney-level quality
Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics
Provide written feedback the research team uses to improve model behavior

Compensation

Pay range is $85–$120/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
