What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Legal Expert — Specialist (Real Estate, Tax, Bankruptcy, Estates) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Design realistic specialty scenarios drawn from your practice (RE purchase and leasing, M&A tax structuring, Ch. 11 petitions, estate planning, plus the workflows that define your area)
Write "golden" reference responses at attorney-level quality
Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics
Provide written feedback the research team uses to improve model behavior

Compensation

Pay range is $85–$120/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
