Key Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise daily activities of field crews and office technicians
Enforce quality standards, manage budgets, and build regional business
Coordinate with DOT and municipalities on surveys
Support proposal preparation and client development
Provide staff coaching and performance planning

Qualifications:

PLS (Professional Land Surveyor) license mandatory
12+ years surveying experience; minimum 5 years supervisory
Extensive DOT/municipal project background
Proficiency with Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads and AutoCAD Civil 3D
Knowledge of federal, state, local survey regulations
