Key Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise field crews and office technicians
Enforce quality assurance/quality control and manage budgets and schedules
Coordinate with DOT and local municipalities on surveys
Grow regional business through proposals and relationship building
Coach staff through regular performance planning

Qualifications:

Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license mandatory
12+ years of survey experience with at least 5 in a supervisory role
Extensive DOT/municipal project background
Proficiency with Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads and AutoCAD Civil 3D
Knowledge of federal, state, and local survey regulations
