Key Responsibilities:

Supervise field crews and office staff
Manage QA/QC, budgets, schedules, and client relations
Coordinate with DOT and local municipalities on roadway/utility surveys
Develop regional business through proposals and relationships
Provide staff coaching and performance planning

Qualifications:

PLS license required
12+ years survey experience; 5+ years supervisory
Extensive DOT/municipal project background
Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads and AutoCAD Civil 3D
Knowledge of federal, state, and local survey regulations
