Key Responsibilities:

Direct two or more field crews and prepare plats and legal descriptions
Maintain quality assurance on deliverables, budgets, and schedules
Serve as client point-of-contact and represent the firm at meetings
Mentor survey staff and conduct performance reviews
Support proposal preparation for new opportunities

Qualifications:

Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required
8+ years progressive land-surveying experience with DOT/roadway projects
Proficiency with MicroStation/OpenRoads or AutoCAD Civil 3D
Knowledge of federal, state, and local survey regulations
Valid driver's license and ability to pass background screening
