Maintenance Tech Electrical - 2nd Shift

American Axle (NYSE: AXL) is seeking a Maintenance Tech Electrical for 2nd shift to provide technical support in software and hardware automation in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, development, and launch of automation equipment
• Maintenance and repairs for electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues (CNC mills, conveyors, robots)
• Equipment troubleshooting and analysis
• Preventative and predictive maintenance
• Safety compliance and documentation

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Automated Manufacturing, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Tool Engineering Technology
• Two+ years in manufacturing process controls
• Working knowledge of hardware and computer systems
• Allen Bradley and/or Fanuc controls expertise preferred
• ISO9001/IATF16949 awareness
