Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

American Axle (NYSE: AXL) is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift (11PM-7:30AM) responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
• Install and maintain electrical systems per codes
• Diagnose malfunctions on CNC Lathes and Warm Forge Presses
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
• Document repairs and collaborate with technical teams

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 4+ years with AC/DC drives, servo motors, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Production environment repair/troubleshooting experience (CNC machines and mechanical presses preferred)
• Blueprint interpretation (hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic)
• Strong electrical background preferred
