What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Marketing Expert — Lifecycle (AI Agent Environments) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

3+ years lifecycle or CRM marketing ownership
Experience with ESPs, Salesforce, and Amplitude
Built or contributed to AI or RL training environments
Rubric Academy or Bootcamp certified
Strong written communication skills

Compensation

Pay range is $60–$100/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
