What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Marketing Expert — Marketing Operations (AI Agent Environments) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

3+ years hands-on marketing operations experience
Proficient with Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Zendesk, or similar
Experience designing workflows, lead routing, and reporting
Prior work on AI training or simulation environments
Rubric Academy or Bootcamp certified

Compensation

Pay range is $60–$100/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
