What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Multilingual Outpatient Physician (MD) — Clinical Documentation & AI Evaluation contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

MD or DO, currently practicing in an outpatient or ambulatory setting — any specialty
US-based
Direct experience writing clinical notes in an outpatient setting
In addition to English, advanced (C1 or above) proficiency — speaking, listening, and writing — in at least one of the following languages: Czech · Catalan · Danish; Dutch · Vietnamese · Finnish
2+ years of clinical practice post-residency

Compensation

Pay range is $170–$190/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
