What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Multimodal Image Expert contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Compare pairs of AI-generated images created from the same prompt and choose the stronger result, with model identities blinded.
Judge prompt alignment, visual quality, anatomy and structure, rendered text, and artifacts; write a short rationale for each choice.
Requires fluent English, a sharp eye for visual detail, and clear written reasoning; no specialist degree required.
Paid onboarding quiz ($20, pass or fail), then project tasks at $30/hour; remote contractor work.

Compensation

Pay is $30/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
