Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Music Production Expert - Russian contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Native or near-native proficiency in Russian, and the ability to follow detailed written instructions in English
2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer
Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening

Compensation

Pay range is $35–$49/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
