What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Payer & Market Access Expert — Gross-to-Net & Formulary Strategy contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Payer, PBM or pharma market-access background
Hands-on gross-to-net and rebate modelling experience
Working knowledge of formulary tiering and coverage policy
Able to review and critique AI-generated payer content
Professional written English

Compensation

Pay range is $175–$300/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
