What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Pediatric Nurses contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Active U.S. RN license
5+ years pediatric nursing (hospital, PICU, NICU, clinic)
Strong clinical documentation and coding experience
Familiarity with AAP/CDC pediatric guidelines
Experience with healthcare technology or AI tools

Compensation

Pay range is $55–$65/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
