Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Performance Engineer (C++, Python, Rust) — IN contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

5+ years performance engineering in C++, Python, or Rust
Track record of measurable performance optimization in production systems
Comfort profiling, benchmarking, and reasoning about hot paths
Strong written communication for AI-assisted reasoning tasks
Available for remote contract work from India

Compensation

Pay range is $35–$45/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
