What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Performance Engineer (C++, Python, Rust) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

2+ years performance engineering or systems programming
Deep hands-on C++, Python, or Rust experience
Quantified production wins (latency, throughput, memory)
Full-time (40 hrs/week), no side engagements
Experience at top AI labs or tech companies

Compensation

Pay range is $70–$110/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
