Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Personal Care Aide -ONET Occupation Study contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Experience as a personal care aide or home health aide
Familiar with activities-of-daily-living (ADL) support
Participate in an O*NET occupation data study
Available for remote survey/interview sessions
US-based

Compensation

Pay is $17/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
