Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Plasma & Fusion Expert contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

PhD or equivalent in plasma physics or fusion
Experience with tokamak or stellarator systems
Background in MHD, plasma transport, or gyrokinetics
Strong scientific writing and peer review experience

Compensation

Pay is $75/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
