What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Political Expert — Elections Forecasting & Political Risk contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

A senior elections forecaster, campaign strategist, polling or statistical-methodology expert, or political-risk analyst
A record of making live judgments about polling, win probabilities, or odds — not retrospective commentary
Strong polling literacy and causal event analysis
Typically 8+ years of direct experience, or unusually strong evidence of equivalent performance

Compensation

Pay range is $150–$250/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
