Press Production Supervisor - Weekend Night

Alliance Laundry Systems is seeking a Press Production Supervisor for weekend night shift (Fri-Sun 5PM-5AM) in the stamping press department. Includes $500/month shift differential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion safety protocols and conduct incident investigations
• Model servant leadership through coaching and team empowerment
• Train, mentor, and cross-train operators; manage attendance and discipline
• Supervise stamping press operations to meet production targets and quality standards
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations
• 1-3 years high-volume manufacturing experience
• Manufacturing supervision background, preferably in stamping press operations
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Proven servant leadership capability
• Physical ability: lift 50 lbs, stand/bend/stoop for extended periods
