What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Primary Care Physician (MD) - Clinical Documentation & AI Evaluation contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Apply day-to-day primary care expertise to review, annotate, and evaluate clinical documentation for medical AI systems.
Assess AI-generated notes for clinical accuracy, safety, completeness, and real-world usefulness.
Provide clear, evidence-based feedback and corrections that improve model performance.
Ideal for physicians currently practicing primary care, family medicine, or general internal medicine.
Remote, flexible hourly contract work with Gridnaut Recruiting.

Compensation

Pay is $170/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
