Crown Mortgage Company is seeking a Production Manager for recruiting, training, and supporting Loan Officers while maintaining efficient, compliant production. Reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and support Loan Officers
Maintain efficient and compliant mortgage production
Report directly to the CEO on production metrics
Build the origination team with hands-on leadership and autonomy
Manage onboarding and performance of new hires

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years mortgage origination experience
At least 2 years in leadership/production management
Proven track record recruiting and developing Loan Officers
Knowledge of FNMA/FHA/VA guidelines and Encompass LOS
NMLS license preferred
Must reside within commuting distance of Oak Lawn, IL
