Professional Domain Expert (Government/Non-Profit)

Gridnaut Recruiting is partnering with a leading AI laboratory to engage experienced professionals for an AI model evaluation initiative. Contractors will assess the quality, accuracy, and safety of AI-generated responses in government and non-profit contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create realistic prompts reflecting how professionals seek domain-specific guidance
• Evaluate AI responses for factual accuracy, regulatory or clinical correctness, and practical usefulness
• Identify fabricated claims, incorrect references, or misleading reasoning
• Score and rank multiple responses using structured rubrics
• Provide written justifications with specific evidence

Ideal Qualifications:

• Professional experience applying domain expertise in practitioner or advisory roles
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards, regulations, or clinical guidelines
• Strong written communication and critical reasoning skills

Compensation: $25-$35 per hour

Expected commitment: approximately 20 hours per week
