What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Project Coordinator contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Must be based in the USA
STEM background strongly preferred
3+ years in project coordination or project management, with ability to coordinate large cross-functional teams
Hands-on experience on AI training-data or human-data projects
Prior project coordination on AI/data programs or EPM/project-lead experience is ideal
Strong data management experience (Excel, SQL) and working knowledge of coding

Compensation

Pay range is $45–$55/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
