Psychology Assessment Specialist

Gridnaut Recruiting seeks expert psychologists to develop and review academic assessment content for an AI research initiative. Workers will create and verify rigorous multiple-choice questions across psychology domains, evaluate solution quality, and establish benchmarks for advancing AI capabilities.

Employment Type: Hourly contract work

Pay Range: $25-$60 hourly

Commitment: 10+ hours weekly

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, asynchronous

Location Requirement: US-based

Task Types:

• Question Authoring: Create original, challenging multiple-choice questions in your psychology specialty area, rate difficulty, and submit for review.
• Question Verification: Review pre-written questions for accuracy and clarity, edit as needed, rate difficulty, and document changes.

• Clinical & Professional Psychology
• Social & Behavioral Psychology
• Developmental Psychology
• Miscellaneous Psychology

Key Responsibilities:

• Author original questions testing deep conceptual understanding
• Ensure questions are unambiguous and self-contained
• Rate difficulty: Medium (intro undergraduate), Hard (advanced undergraduate), or Expert (post-graduate+)
• Provide 1 correct answer and 9 plausible incorrect alternatives
• Write step-by-step Chain-of-Thought solutions
• Supply 1-5 academic references per question
• For verification: flag clarity, completeness, precision, or solvability issues

Ideal Qualifications:

• PhD, PsyD, or doctoral candidate in Psychology or related field
• Master's degree acceptable with exceptional subdomain expertise
• Strong command of graduate-level psychological theory, research methodology, and empirical literature
• Clinical licensure or research publications preferred
• Excellent written English and ability to articulate complex concepts
