Psychology Expert

Gridnaut Recruiters is looking for Psychology experts to author, review, and annotate technical tasks used to evaluate AI model performance on psychology problems. Tasks involve producing original problem sets grounded in experimental designs, statistical plots, and behavioral data figures; writing reference solutions; and applying structured quality checks.

Who we're looking for

• PhD in Psychology, or PsyD/MS with 3+ yrs clinical/research/applied, or BA/BS with 5+ yrs applied research/clinical support/teaching
• Working fluency in at least two of: cognitive, clinical, developmental, social, biological psychology
• Comfortable reading and interpreting experimental designs, statistical plots, and behavioral data figures
• Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step

Compensation

Starting rate $70/hr. Strong contributors promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Part-time, ~20 hrs/week, flexible schedule. Fully remote. Hourly.
