What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Quality Analyst contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar review-focused role
Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for errors others miss
Excellent written communication and ability to give clear, constructive feedback

Reliable internet connection and a quiet, focused workspace

Compensation

Pay range is $20–$50/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
