What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Radiation Safety Officer contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, project-based, and self-paced.

Who we're looking for

Named RSO on a broad-scope licence — programme management, source inventory, and regulatory compliance
RSO or deputy RSO at a university, hospital, or research institute running a mixed radionuclide and sealed-source programme
Industrial or irradiator RSO — Category 1 and 2 sealed sources, radiography, gauging, or sterilisation
Licensing and compliance specialist — NRC, Agreement State, or national regulator submissions, amendments, and inspections
Radiation protection manager accountable for ALARA, audits, training, and incident reporting

Compensation

Compensation is a fixed project fee in the $65–$75 range, paid on completion. Strong contributors may be offered additional engagements.

Commitment

Project-based engagement, fully remote. Fixed-fee deliverable.
