What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Radiology Expert contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Read de-identified studies and write the reference report or specific finding.
Apply structured systems and measurement conventions used in practice, such as RECIST, Lung-RADS, BI-RADS, CAD-RADS and ASPECTS.
Review AI-drafted reads and mark what is inaccurate, unsupported or unsafe.
Contribute the kinds of cases that stump a strong model.
Be board-certified or board-eligible in radiology (ABR, FRCR, EDiR or international equivalent).
Currently read studies or have recently been in active practice.

Compensation

Pay range is $300–$400/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
