What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Research Physics Expert contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

PhD or senior PhD student in physics
3–5 recent peer-reviewed publications (arXiv/DOI)
Expertise in two+ canonical subfield methods
Proficient in LaTeX, Python, Jupyter, SymPy
Strong written English (B2/C1/C2 level)

Compensation

Pay range is $80–$135/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
