What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Retail Investment Research Specialist (Individual Investor Focus) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Research stocks, sectors, and market trends using publicly available and professional tools (e.g., screeners, filings, TradingView, financial news)
Form and articulate investment theses, including entry/exit reasoning, catalysts, and risks
Analyse price movements and market events, distinguishing between noise and meaningful signals
Evaluate AI-generated insights, summaries, and recommendations for clarity, usefulness, and accuracy

Compensation

Pay range is $105–$200/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
