Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Retail Trader contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, project-based, and self-paced.

Who we're looking for

About the work We are building a dataset of real retail trading behavior: complete brokerage trade histories, paired with the trader's own explanation of how they trade and why they made their biggest decisions.
The data is used to study and model how individual traders make decisions.
This is a one-time task, paid a flat $400 on completion.
Remote, independent contractor engagement through Gridnaut Recruiting.

Compensation

Compensation is a fixed project fee of $400, paid on completion. Strong contributors may be offered additional engagements.

Commitment

Project-based engagement, fully remote. Fixed-fee deliverable.
