Wunderlich-Malec is seeking a Senior DeltaV Controls Engineer to lead design, implementation, and project management of large-scale capital automation projects within the Life Sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement DeltaV control systems for Life Sciences projects
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Develop system architecture and control strategies
Create batch sequencing and recipe structures
Design HMI graphics per ISA-101 standards
Implement industrial networking solutions (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus)
Ensure GAMP5, cGMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Chemical Engineering, or related field
8-15 years in automation and control system engineering (Life Sciences focus)
Extensive hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV systems
Proficiency in DeltaV Live and DeltaV Operate
Expertise in ISA-101 HMI design and ISA-88 batch processing
Deep understanding of cGMP, GAMP5, and regulatory compliance

Opportunity Details:
