What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Senior Design Expert - Paid AI Design Research Study contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Senior-level design experience in product, UX, brand, or adjacent craft disciplines
A clear point of view on design quality, critique, and shipping standards
A portfolio you can share; a website link is ideal

Compensation

Pay range is $150–$250/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
