What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Senior Software Engineers contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

3+ years professional software engineering experience
Based in US or Canada
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, and Python
Experience with large production codebases
Strong GitHub and open-source workflow knowledge

Compensation

Pay range is $50–$75/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
