Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Software Developer — O*NET Occupation Study contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

4+ years as software developer (not web/dev/QA)
U.S.-based, currently or recently in role
Experience with design, coding, deployment
Not primarily web developer, programmer, or QA

Compensation

Pay is $64/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
