What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Software Engineer, Full Stack — India contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

3+ years professional software engineering (not internships)
Full-stack experience: backend APIs and modern frontend
Production use of Python, Java, Rust, C#, or C++
Experience at recognized, top-tier organizations
Based in India and available 40 hours/week

Compensation

Pay range is $25–$30/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
