What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Software Engineer, Full Stack (Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

  • 3+ years production software at top-tier company
  • Proficient in Python, Java, Rust, C#, or C++
  • Working proficiency in a second listed language
  • Full-stack experience: backend, frontend (React), databases, cloud
  • Available 40 hours/week, W-2 employment

Compensation

Pay range is $50–$65/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
