What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Software Engineering Expert contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

MSc or PhD in CS or STEM
1+ years research or software engineering experience
Strong Python scripting and debugging skills
Familiar with Git, IDEs, standard dev workflows
Experience with AI coding assistants preferred

Compensation

Pay range is $60–$90/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
