Software Engineering Expert

Gridnaut Recruiters is hiring experienced software engineers as independent contractors. Work may include writing and evaluating code, reviewing model outputs, annotating technical tasks, or assessing AI-generated solutions across a range of programming languages and problem types.

Location: Remote (US-based)

Employment Type: Contractor

Hourly Rate: $50–$150 per hour (USD)

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in one or more of: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go, C#/C++, or similar
• Strong ability to read, write, and reason about production-grade code
• Comfortable working independently with strong attention to detail

Contract Terms:

Independent contractor. Fully remote, work on your own schedule. Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early. Your work with Gridnaut Recruiters will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information. Payments weekly on Stripe or Wise.
