What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Spanish (Spain) Linguistic Expert contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Evaluate the quality and accuracy of LLM-generated Spanish text across various use cases (e.g., translation, summarization, dialogue, grammar correction).
Edit, refine, or rewrite Spanish content to meet linguistic and cultural standards for Spain.
Annotate Spanish text for grammatical, syntactic, and semantic features.
Identify model errors and language gaps, and collaborate with AI researchers to improve LLM performance.
Remote, independent contractor engagement through Gridnaut Recruiting.

Compensation

Pay is $40/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
