What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Spanish (Spain) Professional Voice Actor contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Ability to speak in a customer-service voice with a neutral-to-upbeat tone, clear enunciation, and consistent pacing.
Close attention to punctuation, commas, and dashes; record transcripts exactly as written or edit them for natural pacing.
Professional audio recording setup with a professional-grade microphone, soundproofing, audio interface, pop filter, and post-production software.
Submissions must be WAV, 44.1 kHz, mono, with under one second of silence at the start and end and no audible breathing.

Compensation

Pay range is $35–$250/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
