Reflik is seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Executive to prospect and close new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and grow US market share targeting Fortune 1000 and mid-market enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect large enterprise and mid-market companies
  • Manage complete sales cycle from outreach through onboarding
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Build and maintain prospect/customer relationships
  • Attend industry events and conferences

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years professional staffing sales experience (IT, F&A, Engineering)
  • Proven new client acquisition success (excluding healthcare/light-industrial)
  • Strong connections within talent ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP)
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in tech, finance, engineering
  • Bachelor's degree minimum
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite
