What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Synthetic / Process Chemist contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, project-based, and self-paced.

Who we're looking for

Synthetic route design and development in pharmaceutical, agrochemical, or fine chemicals
Process chemistry and reaction engineering — optimisation, kinetics, impurity control
Scale-up from bench to pilot to plant, with associated safety review
Precursor sourcing, controlled-substance registration, or regulatory chemistry
Method development and troubleshooting in a GMP or equivalent quality environment

Compensation

Compensation is a fixed project fee in the $65–$75 range, paid on completion. Strong contributors may be offered additional engagements.

Commitment

Project-based engagement, fully remote. Fixed-fee deliverable.
