What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Systems Engineer (Coding Agent Experience) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

2+ years systems or low-level engineering experience
Proficient in C, C++, Rust, or Go
Regular user of AI coding agents (Cursor, Codex, etc.)
Experience with performance-critical or infrastructure code

Compensation

Pay is $85/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
